  Horrible experience...The dirtiest of all the Panera Breads I've ever seen.
  
  Ordered Chicken Frontega with Avocado on asiago bread via quick kiosk.
  Amanda gave my sandwich away to someone else.
  I saw and heard her arguing with the guy who made the sandwich who said "that was a chicken frontega...it was your mistake, not mine".
  Amanda came to me, with a chipotle chicken and pretended like nothing was wrong. I said I had a chicken frontega and sent it back. Amanda blamed the ordering system for switching the sandwiches. The ordering system works fine. Amanda does not.
  
  People make mistakes, I get it. I make them too. The difference is this, I say I made a mistake and this is what I'm going to do to fix it. Panera Bread blames technology. If you make a mistake, my sandwich better be the next thing that comes out from behind that counter...instead I saw at least 10 people get their food before my sandwich came out. When it finally came out, it was missing the avocado, and on the wrong bread. It took them 5 minutes to put avocado on a sandwich, and it didn't get done until I walked up and stood there.
  
  Then I walked the sandwich back to the cashier and returned it. Potbelly doesn't make such mistakes. Neither does Chipotle.

  Last week I came to this location with a friend and we ordered a coffee and a pastry through the kiosk. We waited almost half an hour for our simple order to be served. We asked twice or three times to one of the employees about our order and he was rude, he told us we should know there were ores ahead of ours and we should wait. Finally when the coffee came it was warm. But we were about to leave, so there was no point to complain.
  Tonight I came back, because this is the nearest location to where I live.
  The cashier was rude. The floor was fool of garbage behind the registers. Cleaning supplies were left at the soft drinks station. And the dane rude guy from last time was "cleaning". He took the cleaning supplies without even say "excuse me".
  Shame on this Panera!!!! This is not what it was before.
